We lost access to the client's Facebook pixel, which means I cannot run campaigns until this is resolved. I'm not sure what they did or why.

I cannot. I already tried. I'm not sure what happened to the pixel, but it literally disapproved from our Business Manager.

That is precisely why I am asking, because I see campaigns running on FB that are not on the spreadsheet.
