This client's FB account has been disabled. The reason is because of unacceptable business practices.

Shane please let me know what we should do about the appeal? I wanted you to look at it first before we do anything. 

We need to appeal. TThere's no context to what issue created this unless they've been boosting posts. 

So what happens if they have been boosting posts? Will that cause the appeal to be denied?
I do not have FB so how can you have the option from them to Boost your posts if they then call it illegal? Am I missing something?

Google ads are paused as well. They did not respond to the verification process in time. Google ads requested more information which the client never sent in. I will call them and send them another email.

Shane  they did boost a post- but I've made them promise not to do it again

Hector  They can boost posts all they want. But if they're trying to boost things that Facebook doesn't agree with and continually violate policy it will trigger a suspension like this.

So this client's FB account is still suspended. I thought it was due to needing to be verified due to suspicious activity. However, it is for

This ad account, its ads and some of its advertising assets are disabled because it didn't comply with our policy on Unacceptable Business Practices.

Shane, how do you want to proceed? Do you want to file the appeal?

There's a part of me that wants to make the client do it since they got their account suspended. It's due to nothing we did. 

Well Shane if this is not on us, then we can have them appeal it. The only problem is that they will take forever to do so. Keep in mind that they said they would take care of their Google ads verification and they never did. It wasn't until it was suspended that they finally responded to me and I was able to fix it. 
Let me know what you think is best and I will contact Dr. Khurram accordingly. 
P.s. He said that Whitney told him she would - or we would - take care of it.

Shane  i can get him on the phone and make him do it if needed . he listens to me. 

He just sent me an email asking about it. I just informed him that we are starting the appeal for him. 

I submitted it last week. 

Shane  any updates on the suspension yet? Client is asking. 

Yes, they have do to ID verification before I can submit anything. 

I sent the Doc an email to see if he sends me his login info so I can take care of it right away. 

Shane, I obtained the login info from the Doctor, got into account and submitted the ID for review. I will let you know once they respond.
