We need to appeal. TThere's no context to what issue created this unless they've been boosting posts.

I do not have FB so how can you have the option from them to Boost your posts if they then call it illegal? Am I missing something?

Google ads are paused as well. They did not respond to the verification process in time. Google ads requested more information which the client never sent in. I will call them and send them another email.

So this client's FB account is still suspended. I thought it was due to needing to be verified due to suspicious activity. However, it is for

This ad account, its ads and some of its advertising assets are disabled because it didn't comply with our policy on Unacceptable Business Practices.

Shane, how do you want to proceed? Do you want to file the appeal?

There's a part of me that wants to make the client do it since they got their account suspended. It's due to nothing we did.

Well Shane if this is not on us, then we can have them appeal it. The only problem is that they will take forever to do so. Keep in mind that they said they would take care of their Google ads verification and they never did. It wasn't until it was suspended that they finally responded to me and I was able to fix it. 
Let me know what you think is best and I will contact Dr. Khurram accordingly. 
P.s. He said that Whitney told him she would - or we would - take care of it.
