✔ conflicting stats for text blasts

Notes: Hi Isaac just wondering why we are seeing such conflicting stats for the text blasts for drip gym. When we look at the marketing campaign results versus the bulk action results. Can you explain? Which one should we be looking at?

Below is what they replied back. I checked in the list and yes there are some contacts who don't have the phone number but this doesn't explain the difference in the stats for the campaign in two different places in the same account. It seems an error in their stats function which they don't have a good explanation for at this time.

They have a lot of contacts without a phone. We wont even attempt to send it to them.

If they were to switch to workflows this would be clearer in the logs as we specifically state the reason a step is skipped there. :)
