It says there's already a business with that address..... 
Also, I need a phone number to add to this location. Do I use the same one as their other one?

Lastly, they have this website - https://dripgym.janeapp.com/ - on their other GMB.. 

Please let me know about these issues so I can proceed.

For the second account Hector  ? who is primary owner? 

I didn't see a second account whitney.zelig@gmail.com maybe because the address was not verified? Or Khurram needs to verify something before Medstar is granted access?  Hector   said above and provided a screenshot of the postcard being sent.

I followed up about this in another task - Re: Google My Business - secure access.  - Drip Gym -www.dripgym.com
A few things:
One, there was an issue with the location since it was already claimed by F45 and the addressed being flagged by Google as being the site for F45 Training Great Neck Plaza.
I had to convince them other wise and explain that Drip Gym was inside this location.

Second, yesterday I updated the address on the location to include the Suite 220 (see below)

Third, for the 2nd account, we are owner as I used the email I created for this client to create the GMB. Login info is on the spreadsheet.
I have added kqureshi6@gmail.com as owner now.

Lastly, Alyssa, it was not showing up because I had not added support to this GMB location yet. I did so yesterday once I straightened out the issue.

Thank you Whitney. I have verified the 2nd GMB location. I have also deleted the duplicate location someone else created under support account. 
We are all set.
