I have turned them on - Search IV Therapy - Mobile - but budget and Zip codes need to be adjusted. 

ZIP code targeting never works. Should I do radius and these ZIPs, or just these ZIPs only?

Yes, Shane. That was on September 21st if I am not mistaken.  However, this new task by Whitney is to TURN THEM BACK ON.. Unless I am missing something?
