I just tried on Mobile and it is working... 
Do I need to clean out my browser?

Hector - Are you using different Internet connections while trying to access the website from your desktop and mobile?

It maybe your IP address. What's your IP address? I will check in the server logs for any incoming request from it.

I cleaned out my cookies Isaac. 
I visit so many of these pages day in and day out that they were cluttering my history.... 
I am able to see them fine now... 
My CC cleaner accidentally cleaned out my saved passwords and user names though... 
I don't use lastpass that much so I have to manually add them.

So on Uptimerobot dashboard, I kept seeing this client's site
https://www.stamfordentcenter.com
being flagged as DOWN...
I contacted their support team and they responded:

Hi,
thank you for the details, I see we are receiving 403 Forbidden, please make sure all our IPs are whitelisted and our user agent is not blocked:
uptimerobot.com/locations
User-Agent:Mozilla/5.0+(compatible; UptimeRobot/2.0; http://www.uptimerobot.com/)

Can you please let me know if you can fix this?
They said it is something we need to check on our server.

Hector - Where do they have their main website hosted? The client needs to contact their website hosting support for it.

Isaac, I removed them the last time from Uptimerobot. 
if we have to go through all of that, I will rather remove them again. 
I will keep the micro site. 
After all, this is an extra level of protection we provide. It is not mandatory.
