I thought I provided these.. I guess I never hit submit... 
I also just tagged Melissa on the content to provide it so I can come up with some ideas for Kellie.. 

She is still not done with 3 of them however. 
And there isn't anything on their site about the 4 procedures. 
Kellie, best thing is for you to wait for the content so I can browse it and pick out some blurbs for you.
