Areas that need improvement =  The only area that they need to improve is sending out an email, perhaps one final text message and phone call.

Summary: The overall response time to the secret shopper leads test from the staff at Elevate MD was very good. They called the lead within 2 hours and 24 minutes and left a detailed voice mail. About an hour later, someone by the name of Olivia sent a text message. The staff also proceeded to make follow up phone call and text message 2 days later. Only improvement may be the lack of email sent to the lead.

I just got another text message from them this morning from Olivia.
