The Secret Shop Queen! May I offer a small suggestion? I would refrain from telling them what time is better to contact you. This way, they could never use that as an excuse. Remember, we are secret so that means we are available anytime. In any case, they will not call you after that time anyway since most spas close after 8PM... Furthermore, you are not going to pick up anyway. Keep up the great work.

I totally understand. Some forms ask me what day and time I want to schedule consult for. But I ignore all of those forms. I simply fill out the name, phone, email and message. And done. No worries, you're doing great.

let me fill in the sheet now. But so far I got a text at 8:24 am EST, Thursday Oct 15, about a day after I submitted the lead. And no email. I'm guessing they don't have auto emails set up then? I was going to wait until Monday to write the mini-report to see if they called or followed up again.
