I moved these tasks from the New Ad Campaigns- Digital Marketing 0/4 completed
  place to here to keep it easier for Shane and me to find these. It avoids confusion. I am not sure why we keep doing this. I have already sent Chris a video about this.
I have also been changing the name of this TODOs on all BC3 folders to Digital Marketing Campaigns & Set Up. 

I have updated the spreadsheet with the new campaign budgets.

Adding the name, details, makes it easier for Shane and me. And it makes it easier to look for in the future when we need to search for a specific campaign.
