We received 2 calls, 3 texts and a welcome email from you after we input the lead. It is our recommendation that you contact a lead with a direct phone call 3x in the first week. 

 

The salesperson that answered our call was friendly, professional, and knowlegable. However she did not mention the current promotion that is going on or request the caller's contact information which we recommend doing at the beginning of the call.
