I see that. My question is if this leads are from https://eliteaesthetics.mysculpt.net/coolsculpting/
and and we have a eliteaesthetics.mysculpt.net leadsheet
then why are those leads going to that one?
Shouldn't they be going to the elite mysculpt.net lead sheet?

Hector - It's because both are same clients and it would be easy for them to keep track of the leads from single sheet.

Although we can tell the source of leads from the source URL still if client wants to keep leads coming from both main and microwebsite separate we
we can create a new tab in the same sheet.

Please confirm and let me know. Thank you sir.

Isaac, thanks for clearing that up. 
However, when I filled out the lead in the pop up yesterday, it was NOT on any of the leadsheets. NONE of them. 
It should be under either micro or the other. But it is not under any of them. 
Now it appears that they are working.
