I submitted my results for this way back on the 14th of October. However, I never received any feedback from you nor Chris. I was going down the list of tasks assigned to me and found this old one. Since it was from so long ago, I did not send it.. * I tagged you in another old one asking the same thing....  What would you like me to do now?

However, try to be as kind as possible you can always copy me on the emails so I can follow up with them on a front desk training

Yes, I changed the wording now so that it doesn't offend them or the staff in any way. 
I did not send this since we dropped the ball with BelloCorpo and it was our fault. Wanted to make sure it was on them, not us. 
In any case, we can secret shop them again after the new year and see how they do.
