Isaac  Hopefully, I can answer your question. We are trying to go ahead and get these GHL pages as complete as possible while we wait for the final information, so that is why we would want to create the account without a phone number. For your second question, for any sites that are only GHL landing pages, Ivonne always asks you to create the GHL account on the web development task rather than the create GHL sub-account task. If you would prefer the latter, please let us know and we can make that adjustment with no problem. Thank you!

We will have Kristabel do all the development work on the final URL since we are still waiting for some info from the client. We want to be able to set up a smart campaign on Google ads as soon as possible. That's why the urge to get to the final URL before updates to the templates have been made. To be ahead. Emily I am double-checking these pages before they are ready for audit. As of now, I can't find any reviews. Can you reach out to the client to see if they have any that aren't spine related? Otherwise, we will hide this section. 

Also, can you confirm which dermal fillers they have and which neuromodulators (Botox, etc)?

Brittany Alyssa I have a meeting with them right now and will get back to on the botox and fillers. 

In regards to the reviews though they do not have any due to the fact that they are a new practice. I believe that part we discussed in CAG though on Monday. 

Brittany As for neurotoxins they have Botox and are also getting Dysport. In regards to fillers, they have Juvéderm. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!

Kristabel re-tagging you. We don't have a developer checklist specific for GHL, so use your best judgment if something doesn't apply. I'll work on getting one specifically for GHL. 

Brittany I am going to assign this to May to audit, I will give her instructions and have her start on Emsculpt NEO. Also, we don't have a developer checklist for GHL, since these are copied from the GHL templates some things might be different. I'll ask Isaac to help me create one specifically for GHL.

Selena yes that looks correct the other email there currently is Medstar team email (May is an auditor).

Isaac please correct us if this is not the right way to update the lead email.  Do developers usually set up the form settings in GHL or do you? I see Medstar Media is also listed as the "From Name" and "From Email". Is that because we are the primary account holder for this client's sub-account? 

Can you please create a video on where to check and update that so I can inform the auditors? Or I can once you verify my understanding is accurate. I don't know how May's email ended up in there. I am going to ask her. I'll need to double-check that didn't happen on another site she helped audit. Thank you!

Alyssa Selena - Yes. That's the correct place for updating the GHL form notifications. "FROM NAME" and "FROM EMAIL" fields are correct because here we as a Medstar Media sending the lead notification to the client. We only use the client's own name and email when we are sending notification to a lead or customer.

I asked May and she did not place her email there, so I am really confused about how her email ended up in the "to" field. 

Alyssa - It was my bad. I do the setup of the automations in GHL and copies the email in the automation form the staff member added in the sub-account.

When we had this sub-account setup. We didn't have the client's email so I didn't add any staff member > Later someone added May's user account as a team member in this sub-account I believe for audit purposes and when I was setting up the automation I copied her email thinking her as a client's staff who will be managing the GHL for them.

To avoid this from happening future. I have now added "Medstar Team" in both the new auditor's name so there is no confusion. If you or someone adds new team member in GHL that don't have medstar company email. I would request to do the same. Thank you.
