Created new Google ads Elite Dermatology - 775-433-8880 account for {Cypress Dermatology} client. 
Switched to EXPERT Mode and created account without campaign. 
Also added time zone, changed account name for easier access. 
Updated client billing information and updated client & other spreadsheets to reflect new account number. 
Logged into Chris master account, sent invite to request to link accounts together.
