Leads are showing up after testing pop ups and side forms.
For some reason I am not seeing the confirmation page when I enter the info when visiting this page -

My bad for not mentioning that I was referring to the POP UPs on the page. I thought I said it.
The side form I tested fine. I did not see confirmation when I filled out the POP UP though.
