This client sent an email complaining and he removed our DELEGATE access.
He is a pain and a control freak.

Hector - No we didn't route his domain through CloudFlare. We didn't make any changes in his DNS records on our end.

Newton himself or someone on his team updated the records and pointed the subdomain go.eltraself.com to wpengine on their end.

We just migrated the files and made the changes in his hosting on wpengine.

This client is very difficult. He already removed access to Goddady. 
I am sure he likely just wanted an excuse to remove us.
