I am seeing that you sent the onboarding email to Newton.
Did he ever respond? I am not seeing it.
The info on the sheet, I pulled off emails and website.
I checked the emails between Chris, you and Newton (The guy is hilarious) and loves to write long emails.
However, I did not see any onboarding response.
The initial request sent by Chris to him in this email - subject line =
Signed Agreement with Neigel Center
was never responded to.
I checked all other exchanges after that and saw no response.
It appears that you may have received the onboarding reply.
Can you please CC me on onboarding responses from new clients from now on?
This way, I can add all the information to the spreadsheet on day one.
