Following the completion of client {Emana Medical - www.emanamedical.com} and their website (https://emanamedical.com) setup, began to check on pop ups, side forms and other forms to make sure they were working correctly. And that they were populating on the leadsheet. Verified that everything was working correctly, closed out task.

Hector - I think it's a default elementor form and not the GF set up by us.

Hector - DNS cache. Try logging in in the backend of the website using wp-login.php that should clear the cache on your end or check from a new IP address.
