Ivonne Ackerman, Medstar Ivonne I know we will meet next week about this but I just wanted to clarify that Hector is generally who sets them up (as in gaining access) then we "beef up" the profile. 

On my own time I have researched a little more about some things on GMB because one particular client thinks we should be doing more...I will talk about that on Monday and present what I found in my searching in comparison to how we have been doing things. They aren't far off from what we are doing but just some additional points to consider implementing.
