I am trying to find out what is going with the CC on file.

I contacted Google ads again and they have not responded. 
Is there anything you can recommend that I do to try and fix this issue?
Also, I spoke to the client and she says she has not used her CC for any sudden charges. 
MHO, is that they may have a Google ads account they do not know about perhaps?
When Google accounts are suspended after adding payment methods, 90% of the time is because of card being used twice. 
If you have any suggestions, please let me know.

Google support likely can't do anything for you. I always have to reach out to higher level contacts. Let me see what I can do.
