Hector  oh it's been a wholllllle thing with figuring out the right one and the right access lol the doctor wants to use the Llorente MD one and his Instagram has many more followers than the Epic one. So the ones I put in the comment above are correct :) thank you for checking!

So I was checking the Llorente MD Facebook account. It seems that we do not have ADMIN access to it. Because of that, I cannot turn on automatic billing for them.  Without that, this account will run into payment issues frequently. 

Please have the client either provide us with ADMIN access.. or they can visit this 
https://business.facebook.com/billing_hub/accounts/details page and turn on automatic billing. 

Hi Hector ! That was the wrong facebook profile (he has a lot, I know) so I am going to tell him he needs to add a payment method and turn on automatic billing. I will update here as soon as it's done!

Why are there two ads accounts? Which one should I use? 

Shane  one is the correct FB page one is the correct IG page.. Since he has a couple of each I wanted to make sure we had the right ones. I'm not sure which one you need to set things up on your end for a DM campaign. 

Ella  There are two ad accounts, though. Are there different accounts or just different pages?

Shane they are two different ad accounts. Hector  I just updated the payment method and turned the auto payments on! Let me know if that works for you.
