Alyssa Isaac the client has a separate shop link for gift cards that they want to include in their Black Friday promotions. Vania said we should be able to just add a gift card graphic to their shop and have that pointed to the gift card site. Are we able to do this if we provide the graphic?

Alyssa - Is it possible for us to assign someone to review the cart details so that when it gets to me..it already has everything needed. This would help us avoid lot of double work and time. Please let me know your thoughts.

Alyssa - Also we need to make sure the images are of 750px, compressed and labeled. Above attached ones were of 3000px. I updated the images for this client on my end but this is for the new carts.

Isaac my bad. At the beginning I assumed everything was tasked correctly.  I unfortunately missed double checking. This is the only cart that was not assigned to me directly. I commented on it at the start asking if my support was needed otherwise I would edit before going live. Because I didn’t get a reply I assumed all was ok. I’ll take extra care to double check things myself if this happens again.
 
Can you also please not start building a shop if you notice everything is not ready? Just tag me that things are missing, tell me where you left off if you started, and then I’ll get things corrected before you start/complete. 

I have been having someone review all carts and collecting 750x750 size images.  I’m sorry this task got overlooked. I think the client provided these graphics and Nicol pasted them here not knowing the sizing protocol. I will get the descriptions tasked. That are missing. I will get the graphics tasked that are missing. I need Nicol to verify the cart is accurate first. I’ll double check everything before confirming with you again and I will have Elizabeth audit as well.

Here are some final notes for the shop. We never promised a time for it to go live, so let's aim for anytime between 9 am- noon ET live w/ banner and pop-up.

-please re-order the shop by the way the graphics are listed above in the main notes section of this task.  IE (Restylane at the top left, then neurotoxin, etc.)

-Please update Restylane to say 20% off in the item description

"Gewels Open House" excel is updated and correct.

-  Working from the client's excel (since the bulk excel cannot be added to) I see the client meant fo Nail packages to be one item with multiple drop-downs the way Laser Hair Removal is currently built with "small" through"extra-large" as options.

So the item 20% off Nail Services was meant to have the drop-down for manicure and for pedicure as opposed to them being separate items.

Nicol Alyssa  just a note for the future, in the event that a client doesn't specify an exact time and just a date such as this client, we will be making the shops live at a time throughout the night since that's when Isaac is working. It might be midnight it might be 1am or 2 am etc. For this client we are making it now. Thank you!

2. Do you want to keep all of the % OFF circles consistently in the upper left hand corner of the graphic. I noticed 3/12 have them in a different location on the graphic

4. Please rewrite CoolTone with a capital T

Alyssa I noticed that the CoolTone and the Microneedling regular price doesn't add up if you take 20% off on the shop. 

CoolTone is regular $900 and 20% off of that would be $720 and the sale price is marked at $777.60.

The Microneedling says Regular Price $1800 but the sale price is only $960, which is way more than 20% off. 

Elizabeth the wording is fine, it is more active voice. The graphics the client provided to us so we can leave it. I’ll correct the CoolTone spelling.  

Brittany nice catch, I assume pricing things are correct when provided by the CSM.

Nicol will you please check Brittany’s comment above and let me know if we need to adjust the retail pricing of those products since they don’t add up to 20%orf
