Charmae Arcayan, Medstar Charmae the date is for this new one is at Midnight EST on the 20th. I will let you know when the pop-up should be put back to the current one you shared a screenshot of. 

The Black Friday pop-up should only have a button leading to the shop, no form fields. 

Maybe it is better to create a new pop-up for the home page and deactivate the current one to save you double-work when it is time to put back the other pop-up with the form fields.
