Thrive Medspa has revoked our access to their GoDADDY account. I couldn't to create the shop sub-domain due to this.

I went ahead and created the shop on the root domain here.

Alyssa Workman, Medstar Alyssa - Please assign someone to clean up the product sheet. It has errors. Some are missing the regular prices..some prices doesn't make any sense. The regular and sales prices columns should only have numeric values.

I did my best to make sense out of the prices, attributes and the variation names and also made some changes in the product titles as well. Please review and let me know.

I didn't add the ones that I marked in red. I added my comments in column H. Please check and let me know.

Nicol Razon, Medstar Nicol   in addition to getting GoDaddy access asap, please review if this client sheet is accurate with all pricing. I have paused work on graphics until the sheet is corrected.

It has errors. Some are missing the regular prices. Some prices don't make sense (sale swapped with regular). The regular and sales prices columns should have only only had numeric values.

If an item has multiple variables then each variable should have been listed on a separate row, but Isaac got it figured out. Isaac added comments in Column H. He needs you to specifically look at the items in Red.

Customers or the client wouldn't be able to access the products though until we make them LIVE.

There have been updates to the client sheet and the sales.  please note:

Emsculpt neo was updated. There will be three sub-items available that are now represented in lines 20-23

Should the IVs be separated shop items? Currently, the graphic displays all of them together.

Was Emsculpt NEO the only update?

Can you please look carefully at the shop order to be sure it makes sense and is accurate? We had Ella help with this but I need your help to verify it is correct. I will await approval on this order and the graphics.

Thrive should be getting confirmation emails for their sales to both jreickman@fellowshiplifeinc.org and
info@thrivemedspa.org, but are getting notifications for some sales to only one then not the other.
Can this be check up on? 
If it must be one only, can it pls be info@thrivemedspa.org ?

I just added my email and yours as well and sent a test. I received the email successfully. Can you please check on your end and also with the client?

If client didn't receive this test. Please ask them to check in the spam folder. If they don't see in there as well. They will need contact their mail provider to check if these emails are not getting filtered out and getting quarantined. This is an issue on the client's mail server and not in WOO.
