Jessica Marino, Digital Marketing Coordinator at Medstar Jessica where can I task you to do some work on the data on this text blast? No rush. Vania showed me how you would pull the sent contacts, take out the 6% undelivered so that the list is cleaner for next use and, so client has a better idea of what that stat was. 
Also, we had an additional 22% or so that didn't reach, I think. It's a big number, almost 800-900.

Nicol Razon, Medstar Nicol  I can clean this up. Alot of the undelivered are "Not a Mobile Number" issues (AKA, we tried to send the blast to a home phone, haha)

Nicol Razon, Medstar Nicol for the moment, I've isolated the error leads and tagged them so that I may exclude them from the next blast, which should keep our percentage up, while also keeping those contacts in the database just in case we need them. 

Let's follow back up next blast, see if that helped :)
