Vania J, Medstar Vania I love these! Here are my thoughts:

I think I should ensure that each unique CSM has their client's deadline dates added to their Google Calendar. 

Do we see any value in me creating "heads up" reminders for each CSM as well -- as in "Client approval needed in one week'?

Should we have any sort of "Start Here" task where we can compile exactly what they are doing (event page, shop, tb, all 3, etc) and all relevant promos and notes, for ease of access?
