Ivonne Ackerman, Medstar Ivonne absolutely. 

This type of link is meant to be opened within the message on the phone -- it's actually an option in GHL called a "trigger link". We did start using them as they help collect analytics such as how many people clicked.  It does actually work, but only on the phone. 

I changed it back, but I can go into more detail during our meeting later today on how these work :)
