Hi team,
I was going to tell the client that his staff wasn't responding well to leads, but then I see so so many of these are unsuccessful. Error code is "failed request to twilio".
What does this mean and what can we do to fix this?

Nicol Razon, Medstar Nicol - This could be a lot of different things. It all depends on the error code(s). The good news is their error rate is low - 1.47%. The goal is under 3% but preferably under 2%.   

Each time we send a text blast, Jessica/ myself will go through the errors and filter them to DND when seen as fit (Example: landline/ fake number/ etc). This is helpful because each time we send a text blast the Error stat should get smaller and smaller.

Vania J, Medstar Vania Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac - I haven't seen this error before. They all say "Total Timeout Of API Google.Pubsub.V1.Publisher Exceeded 60000 Milliseconds Before Any Response Was Received."

I love the teamwork and camaraderie but I don't love GHL's staff not understanding what is up.

Hi Isaac, 

Dear Customer,

The issue here is an intermittent issue because of the google pubsub which is used by our services to send out any actions. At the time of execution the service it is calling in this case the sms service must have timed out and hence you are receiving this error, as the pubsub times out after 60000 ms.

This should not happen as a recurring errors in the future bulk actions. Please let us know if you face this issue again. Thank you.
