Jewelyn were you able to delete previous client (Wellnessesity) files? Please delete all the images that got copied over from the Wellnessesity website page along with this staged template once images have been replaced and updates have been made. They will be found in the media files.

Alyssa I’m still a bit confused by this. This page was created, will the leads automatically go into the leadsheet and ghl? What if I want a special tag? Then I do have to inform Isaac right? Isaac  per our conversation on slack, informing you of a special tag like “oct 26 event” doesn’t happen often right? What message would go out to these leads?

Ivonne yes we need Isaac to place a special tag. He will also need to know what the automatic message will be that people will receive when they fill out this form about the special event, date, etc. 

That’s a new automation he will need to set up when he makes the tag live. Normally he uses a tag like “event” or “RSVP” so that it doesn’t have to be changed every event. Isaac  let Ivonne know if you need anything else or if some of this has already been created for this client. Maybe all that needs done is to update a template. 

Alyssa Ivonne - Yes. we usually use "RSVP" tag for the leads coming from rsvp forms but if the client wants the specific date tag like "oct-26-event". Also please let me know and also share the text that will go out once leads fills the rsvp form.

Ivonne I overlooked the part where you asked about what kind of message needs to be created. Below is an example from their last event. This is what needs to be set up in GHL or provided to Isaac and he can set it up. It is in the Campaign automation: 

Emily Isaac  yes please tag with RSVP and can you please set up this text message for this campaign? Emily has it.
