Following the completion of client {Femme Women's Care - www.femmewomenscare.com} and their website (https://wholebodyboston.com) setup, began to check on pop ups, side forms and other forms to make sure they were working correctly. And that they were populating on the leadsheet. Found a few issues and will notify Isaac to check out before closing out task.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac the side form on the botox page is not populating on the leadsheet. 
I am not seeing a thank you page either for that LP.. it is the same URL once you submit.. 

And also the contact us page... when I filled out the form, it is coming up as "Our Services" under lead type.

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector - I just checked and all the settings looks good. The website also have a confirmation page for the Botox service that's already properly connected to the GFs.

It could be that since you tested all the forms at once from the same IP address and used "test" it filtered your test lead on that page as spam. Please try again now and let me know if it still doesn't work for you.

Yes. It's because that's the service type set in all the general pages.
