Please purge your browser cache and then check again. You are getting the cache version served in your browser.
Based on your screenshot. It seems you are still checking the page for mobile version using the responsive mode. Please check it with the same method. I share with the team in other task.
I would recommend we add the overlay to the image itself instead of adding custom css for it.

There is already an option for this in the template. It don't have the linkedin and the Yelp fields though. I will add them.

Can you please break the desktop image in two separate images? First image will contain the first column and second one will contact the images in second column. For all the service pages. This way we wouldn't need to upload a separate image for the mobile version.

For eg. This same image can be used for the mobile version as well if we crop them in two separate images. First image will contain the only the first half of the image and the second one will contain the second half.
