Isaac I just checked and it looks fine on my end too. It was completely blank, and when I checked the code everything was blank, there was only a body tag, and now it's fine https://take.ms/LCJ7n

I know Isaac usually handles this but I knew he would not be able to respond until the wee hours of the morning.
Isaac , whatever the issue was, it appears it has been fixed. 
I noticed last late last night when I checked on mobile. 
Isaac, weird thing was that Uptimerobot did not seem to pick up the glitch. 

In any case, thank you.. Client was frustrated and helpless yesterday.

They have the website running on very old php version though. They should upgrade it for better performance and security.

I am seeing the same malware on this client that we were seeing on J Walker Salon site. You found malware there.
But instead of a pop up, it takes over the entire domain link. When you click on

Hector - I just checked and they have one more website hosted on the same server. It may be the person or mailcious bot used a loophole on that website and inject Malware on this website as well. We can never know. So if he wants to keep both of the websites on the same server. We will have to scan both websites and clean them. That would take too much amount of time. Maybe days.

Instead I would recommend them to purchase a new server on wpengine. Since they offer free malware cleaning service. It would just cost them around 20-30 bucks to clean their website and also make it secure and also one month of hosting. They can also opt for wpengine annual plan as their hosting service is about to expire in Jan with namecheap.

I am going to fwd this to the client and see what she decides. 
She told me that she hired another company to do some work on their site and when she didn't like their work and terminated the contract, the problems began. She mentioned that they may have done it in retaliation. 
In any case, excellent work on your part. I will keep you posted on what she decides.
