Are there issues with the meta descriptions for this client?
I am not seeing any on Ahrefs audits reports.

there was when we looked Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector  but Isaac might have fixed them

Isaac takes care of 301s, 404s and other issues. Anything with Meta and alts I take care of... 
I did trilogy Meta way back so not sure what issues you guys were seeing.
In any event, we are good to go on Meta issues, 301s, 404s, canonical, orphan pages and so on.
