I noticed the issue this morning. I sent a text to Chris to let him know. 
I even have a New Message I was going to post on here about it.
I found that their number is not changing on their website which explains why no leads or calls are coming into Callrail. 
I opened up a support ticket on Callrail asking about this issue. 
Waiting on their response.

After a few days of back and forth with Support and some tweaking, I believe this issue has been resolved. 
The Callrail number for website Foreveryoung is now changing. New tracking numbers are showing up. I am seeing a new lead come in today and a call I just placed to them now is also showing up.
