Shane I just spent about an hour and half with Google team.
They have cleared both sites of any viruses so we are good to go.
They said you can resubmit any campaigns or ads that were having issues
with viruses. They will approve in 24 hours.
Isaac I am not sure if we are going to need this domain activated anymore. 
I will wait to see what Chris says.

I found an issue with their CS page but Isaac has fixed it.

Would it be possible for Google to provide you the specific location or file where they are seeing those URLs on your site? Our security team is still reporting that no malware has been found so if Google can be more specific about the location of these URLs it would be very helpful.

These people said this before and Google found more malware. 
I doubt Google will go further since I asked them beforehand just for that reason. They said that it was all the information they could provide me with. I will contact them again and see if they expand on their answer. 
For now, this site foreveryoung-medspa.com seems to be doomed. (as far as Google ads is concerned)

I will get back to you if they respond with more info.
