Good morning.
We are going to purchase hosting for this client so we can begin
trying to figure out the malware issue.
Please purchase the year package... that one includes the free scan correct?
Isaac
Vania, you can find their CC information on the new sheet I created.
Thanks.

Will migrate the website there now and also put a request with their support team for cleaning.
Good morning.
Thank you for taking care of this. I was going to do it over the weekend myself but I saw Isaac was not around and we would still need to wait.
In any event,
I guess we can do that once the foreveryoungmedspa.com site has been completely scanned?
foreveryoung-medspa.com are also functional? If they report any issue with them. Please let me know.
Also if possible let's get them on G-suite. She seems to be using the same namecheap server for hosting her emails.
1) Porto theme license. (I would also recommend creating a child theme of it on the server.)
3) Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder
If she doesn't have them. We can purchase them on our end.
Also please ask her if she is able to access the website now on her end.
I believe one of their emails is not working -
irfan@foreveryoung-medspa.com
I went ahead and sent them an email with all of your questions and recommendations.
Thanks.
OK. Thank you.
Client said we can go ahead and purchase the licenses.
Also, they are still not able to access their site..
Neither am I.. They are getting too many redirects.
Also, let's set them up with G-suite...
transfer all 3 emails.
Irfan@
Thank you for confirming other things with the client. For G-suite. I will need their card details + phone number for verification.
Can you do me a favour and take care of the first part of setting up G-suite that will require to fill their card details + phone verification on your end?
You can register from here.
https://workspace.google.com/
Use info@foreveryoung-medspa.com for the main admin account.
Once done. Please share the login credentials + recovery phone and email and I will take care of the rest of the steps that will require some technical things.
Let me know. Thank you.
Client and I checked site, bot are able to login.. thank you.
I also went ahead and created new Gsuite account...
added CC info.. waiting for Info@forever
to be verified.

Also, do we have the GO from the client migrate their other website (healthnbeauty.life) to wpengine? Do they have any business email tied to this domain?
Good morning.
So client sent another email saying they are still unable to enter site on their computer.
I instructed them to clear out cookies, which they did.
But this is what they sent me this morning.
BTW, any updates on the virus and malware?
Do we know where it originated from?
OK. Thank you for confirming on their other website. Will do.
For the virus. I'm still waiting to hear back from wpengine support team. I Will let you know as soon as they reply so you can update the client.
I saw your email response to them. Hopefully that will work.
Yes, please let me know since they asked me what happened.
After seeing client complain about visitors this morning on the email you responded to, I did some digging.
I am noticing that the Google analytics code on this site is not the one we have on our dashboard.
I was going to ask you to add it directly to the site. But I went ahead and I added code via GTM.
It appears to be working. I am going to keep an eye to make sure they are getting visitors...
Do you think we are good to go on this client's site yet?
I am seeing that the site has been up for over 35 hours without a glitch.
Their ads were turned off after we found the virus issue.
We need to turn them back on..
Can you please let me know?
Thanks.
Thank you for confirming Isaac.
We have heard back from Google and it doesn't look good.
It appears there is still malware on the site....
Here is what they wrote back...
They found 6 malicious software links. They are different from last time - so something is still infecting the site

Isaac, please contact WP as soon as possible. In the meantime, where are we with new site?
For the Microwebsite. I just finished setting it up.
https://go.foreveryoung-medspa.com/
Please let me know if we need to add any analytic scripts in there. Thank you.
Good morning.
Thank you for taking care of this.
But it was only supposed to be ONE PAGE microsite.
Just the Coolsculpting page.
While this is great, I am worried that including all the other pages may in fact include the Malware we have on the original site.
It that happens again, then it defeats the purpose.
So my question to you is: Is it possible that the malware or virus can be copied over on any of all the extra pages and stuff you copied over?

On the Google analytics code,
I am working on using the new BETA G4 for Google analytics.
I will let you know once you install the GTM if it is working.
But I am not seeing the GTM on the go site.
Second,
when I click on the https://go.foreveryoung-medspa.com HOME page, I am taken to the original site https://foreveryoung-medspa.com.
I am not sure if Chris wants to link to that site for now since it may get ads dissaproved.
This is why we created this microsite in the first place.
I will let you know what he says once he responds and sees the new go site.
Yes as I said above.
On Microwebsite - I have added all links in the menu (except CS service) to the main website.
On the main website - I have updated the link for CS service in the menu to this microwebsite.
I don't think it will cause any issues with the Google ads. As the malicious links, in this case, are on an external website on a different server.
OK. Please let me know. Thank you.
Thank you. I am closing this task for now.. We will follow up in the other one...
