Hector - Need access to their domain registrar for this. The login credentials we have in their sheet are not working.

Their site is accessible through the main domain though - myfyms.com.

Is there any way we can help him get this info he needs?

He sent me access to the Domain registrar last night. However, I could not get in due to a security check. 
I will follow up and see if he sent me the code.

I have now already sent an email to him to instead provide us with a delegated access to their domain on NameCheap.

Yes, I saw that now... Do you think all of the issues he is having with his emails are connected to the site being down? It has to be because they were working fine before this happened. 

Hector - No, his email went down because someone removed the G-suite required MX records from his new domain in his Godaddy account.

Oh, okay... 
I thought it may have been related.

Hector - No, we still haven't received the delegated access to their domain on Namecheap yet.

Okay, maybe they changed their minds after they fixed it. 
I will keep my eyes opened in case they do send it to us.
