This morning I logged into the Hi@medstarpatients.com to see status of this lead. I checked both 
aesthetics@fourseasonsobgyn.com 
sabrina@fourseasonsobgyn.com 
and I did not see the lead I submitted yesterday there.

I have called her about 5 times from different numbers and all calls keep going to VM. I tried calling again using a Texas number - 972 area code. But she still did not answer and I left her a message stating I was calling in regards to a CS consult. 
Waiting to speak to them to finish writing Secret Shop leads test report.

So does that mean I should hold off on the Secret Shopper Leads Test Report for you? You said earlier you wanted it by today. I am halfway through it, btw s I only needed to add the phone calls parts to it.

Yes I did. I used a 972 number. She still did not pick up. I noticed that she screens her calls. That is based on yesterday and the way she answers her phone on Callrail. 
I will call her again tomorrow - Wednesday - as you suggested in your previous comment yesterday.

I am preparing it for you now. 
I called her again today using my Texas number and she still did not pick up again. Message said she is either with a patient or unable to come to the phone. 
I believe 5 out 10 leads to this client are lost because she:
One, answers her calls herself and cannot do it when she is busy.
Two, she screens her calls and often doesn't pick up.

Here is the Secret Shopper Call & Leads Test report for Four Seasons OBGYN. 
It appears that Valerie may be a bit overwhelmed as she is doing everything by herself there; including answering the phones. 
But she managed to do a good job overall considering the situation. She still needs to send out emails. Also, she will continue to lose leads. Albeit a few here and there as long as she answers the phone herself.
