Isaac, as stated in other thread, I created user and added us as ADMIN. 
We also have access to their HOSTING via GoDaddy. Please check panel when you log in to Godaddy account.

Hector - Just checked and client's current plan doesn't have SSL secured option. They need to pay additional $79.99/year to have it on their website.

Its makes much more sense to move them to a faster host. I will talk to them about that.
