Good morning. 
We have Godaddy access from them and from there we can update and add ourselves as ADMINs on Wordpress, no? 
Can you please do that and share the credentials once you do so?

Godaddy is their domain registrar and not hosting. Need hosting access to access website DB and create a new ADMIN user.

that is what I have from the client on their assets sheet = G0 Daddy as their Hosting, not just domain registrar Isaac. 
So for the first time it appears I figured something out before you did. (LOL) You're still the genius.
In any case, I went ahead and created user.. Updated to Admin.
