 how do you feel about running a basic facials campaign on facebook that features 3 different facials. Save $50 on a hydrafacial, oxygen facial, or chemical peel? 

This is also the account that every time I try to submit the lead form it takes 20 seconds or more to submit. 

It's never really been great. NEO isn't a good service. It was $171 back in May and up to $329 last month. This feels like normal seasonality to me. I can double check conversion tracking, but that's about all.

I was also able to submit it pretty fast using actual credentials. 

Try with a different IP address and valid data for all fields and let me know if you still see the same slow submission issue.

Asking as I am not able to replicate the issue on my end so my best guess is since you are using fake data while doing tests. The mail server is taking a long time to determine whether your submission is spam or not.
