It's never really been great. NEO isn't a good service. It was $171 back in May and up to $329 last month. This feels like normal seasonality to me. I can double check conversion tracking, but that's about all.

Asking as I am not able to replicate the issue on my end so my best guess is since you are using fake data while doing tests. The mail server is taking a long time to determine whether your submission is spam or not.
