For #3, I can't replicate the issue, I don't see the overlapping. Can u please send me a video showing me?

For #4 are you saying we don't need the hidden mobile forms because the desktop ones work on mobile?

#3 I am also not able to replicate it anymore. Looks good now.

#4 Yes. The desktop one would work fine. We only need to set up separate form for mobile version where the layout doesn't allow us to use the one we have for desktop.
