They have been trained and the account can go live.
No need for automatic texts at this time though since they have decided to opt-out for now. I made them templates but they want to manually input them.

- So to confirm. Do they want the leads to just get added to the contacts tab in their account and they will manually send the SMS to specific leads?

they want the first initial automatic text to go out. The one you usually set up in the Core Campaign. But no additional automatic texts connected from templates.
