Ivonne Ackerman, Medstar Ivonne - In your screenshot. You have added the sub-domain on dnschecker.org. While checking we need to always add the root domain. For eg. In this case it is - altmanaestheticscenter.com. Running a domain's sub-domain like www.altmanaestheticscenter.com would not give us correct data.

Also I can see we are using this website as a template for many of our client websites. If we will be using it more on newer client websites in the near future. I would recommend saving it separately as a template. For eg. https://betterbody-template.mysculpt.net/

This will save us around 15-20 mins every time we create a new staged server.
