Looking over their Callrail, I see that their activity has fallen off quite substantially. When I performed an audit for them back on August 27th, they had MEDIUM activity. Now, it is LIGHT at best. 
In any case, I will add this to my list and hope it helps show them that it is not on us, but on them.
