I am seeing that this client sent Go@medstarmedia.com an invitation to their Google ads account 107-236-9115. However, before I could accept it, it was revoked.
I am not sure who onboarded this client. But we do not send out Google invites to Go@medstarmedia.com email.
The good news is that the account is now under our Main Chris MCC... so we are all set. Thank you.

, the invitations were sent to that email because go@ is still listed as an option in one of the initial emails sent to clients before their onboarding. Whitney made a video about updating this email and sent it to Chris and Jenna.
To confirm: I need to ask Michelle to re-send both the GoDaddy delegate access and the Google ads account invitation to support@medstarmedia.com Is that right?
Jenna
, I'm pretty sure Whitney sent an email with update video to you, but if you don't know what the heck I'm talking about, LMK. I know you've got a lot going on and a lot on your desk. I think this needs to get rushed to the top since it's affecting our timeline with client project start dates. LMK if you need help with this. Thank you!!"

Hey y'all, sorry for the delayed response! Below is a screenshot of the asset request segment, included in a new client's Welcome email. Just want to clarify and assure you that we are not asking people to utilize the go@ email for anything besides Google Analytics. It's been like this since I've started here.
Nicol, I did get Whitney's video about updating this email to remove unnecessary assets and rewording certain elements. We are updating this Welcome email to make it more clear for the client, stay tuned! :)
If there is anything I could do better or differently in the future to help avoid this confusion, please just let me know. Thanks so much!
Thank you Jenna for following up and dropping this. It looks like there was a mix up so no worries. We are all set for now....
Got it, thx H!

thank you! I'd love to see that updated email when it's ready. The screenshot above seems a little too bare-bones b/c a lot of our clients say things like "I inject botox, I don't do Facebook" lol
