I am seeing a 75% drop in conversions for this client last week. Looking back at previous weeks, it looks like something happened. Can you please check?

There should be comments if there is an issue and a resolution. 

Meta looks fine. The change in performance on Google looks like a change from 8 to 5 leads. While concerning, a difference of 3 leads isn't statistically significant.
