Chris , I just checked and there is no GTM on the site as of yet No kind of tags. Are we doing the website for them?

Hey Hector  - Please check again after disabling the ad-blocker addon in your browser or check in incognito mode. Let me know if you still see the same issue on your end.

I cannot check on Incognito mode since the GTM extension does not work on that mode. So I disabled the extension, restarted my browser and I am STILL getting those 2 errors.

Hector  - you should be able to enable the extension to work in incoginito as you well

Thanks for that heads up. I just found the box underneath to allow me to check it and use it in incognito mode. After doing so, I am still getting those 2 GTM errors on the site. 

Did you click Publish on the GTM side? Is there anything else we can do in GTM?

Hey Chris - Can you pls check on your end and confirm if you are also seeing the same error for GTM on this website?

Weird. Let me try from my Laptop where I have Google Chrome installed. 
I went ahead and installed the OptinMonster code. I published that and it is now live. 
I checked on my Laptop, desktop and different browsers. 
All looks good now.
