Legal approval is only half the battle. These botox clients also have to get a medical/pharma clearance from Google which is super hard. This was the issue w/ Forever Young as well.  Ads are serving now and we're getting clicks, but we cannot advertise on any searches that contain "botox" unless we apply for and are approved on the additional certificate.
